§ 30-2. City not to furnish utilities to premises in violation of ordinances.

  • (a)

    The city will not furnish electricity, water or sewer service to any houses, buildings or structures which have been erected, moved, repaired or enlarged in violation of the building permit ordinance, the planning and zoning ordinance, the subdivision ordinance, or any other ordinance of the city.

    (b)

    The city will not furnish utilities to any such residences, buildings or structures as long as any violation of any city ordinance exists.

    (c)

    Any person connecting any such residence, building or structure to any of the city utility systems, i.e., electricity, water or sewerage, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-9 of this Code of Ordinances.
