§ 30-1. Approval of additions and alterations.

Latest version.

(a)

All plans for sanitary sewer and water distribution additions and alterations shall be submitted to the utilities director of the city for approval.

(b)

All plans and specifications shall be prepared and submitted only by a registered professional engineer, with one set of plans and specifications to be submitted to the director of utilities of the city free of charge, which set shall not be returned.
