§ 25-01. Code adopted.

The Standard Plumbing Code, 1990 Edition, and the whole thereof, and all subsequent amendments thereto, save and except for such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended, of which not less than three (3) copies have been and now are filed in the office of the building inspector, is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the construction and/or alteration of all plumbing installation and equipment in any and all buildings and other structures within the corporate limits of the city.
