§ 22-62. Damming permits restricted.

No permit shall be granted to any one for the damming of any ditch or channel in or adjacent to Sibley Lake unless permission to do so is obtained from each and every property owner whose property might be affected by such damming, and a written permit for same is issued by the city and waterworks district jointly.
