Each subdivider of land or his authorized representative should confer with the planning commission before preparing the tentative geometric layout, in order to become thoroughly familiar with subdivision requirements and with the proposals of the official master plan affecting the territory in which the proposed subdivision lies. The planning commission shall cause sufficient copies of these regulations to be prepared for distribution to interested parties.
