§ 4-3. Consumption on premises in commercial and industrial zoning districts.

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage as defined in section 4-62 of this chapter, on premises which are zoned "Commercial" or "Industrial" under the zoning regulations of the City of Natchitoches unless said premises have a valid Class A retail dealer's license for the particular alcoholic beverage being consumed.
