§ 25-91. Penalty for failure to obtain.

If any person commences any work on a plumbing installation before obtaining the permit required by this article from the city, he shall pay double the amount of the permit fees prescribed in this article, in addition to being subject to the penalties provided in section 25-10 of this chapter.
