§ 21-34. Bicyclists, etc., subject to right-of-way street stopping requirements.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle or propel a wheelbarrow or push-cart or other vehicles propelled by human power, or to ride an animal, into a street intersection without obeying the provisions of this chapter with respect to stopping at right-of-way streets.
