§ 21-27. Same—Northwestern State College grounds.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to drive a motor vehicle at a greater speed than twenty (20) miles per hour on all streets and alleys on Northwestern State College Grounds with the following exceptions:

South Jefferson Street, from intersection of Sam Sibley Drive south to end, twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

Sam Sibley Drive, from Caspari Street extension to Highway No. 6, Twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

Caspari Street, from its intersection with Sam Sibley Drive south, twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

(b)

The police chief shall be empowered with authority to erect and install regulatory and directional signs as he deems necessary in the interest of public safety.
